• Buy Back & Trade-In Option: Galeria8 Boutique offers a unique service where we may buy back the timepiece you purchased. You can request a cash offer, as proposed by us, or opt to trade in your Galeria8 Boutique for another watch, bag, or fine jewelry.

• Return Window: The consumer has a 24-hour window upon delivery to decide whether to pursue a return with Galeria8 Boutique.

• Refund Method: Refunds for returned items will be issued as store credit, and the watch or bag must be in the same condition as when Galeria8 Boutique shipped it.

• Restocking Fee: Galeria8 Boutique reserves the right to charge a restocking fee upon return delivery if the timepiece is not in the condition outlined when the transaction was completed. The restocking fee may be up to 30% of the transaction value.

• Return Shipping Costs: Galeria8 Boutique may also charge the consumer for the return shipping label cost.
